Track & Trace:
The Track & Trace feature enables users to monitor the status of their deliveries online, from the moment they arrive at An Post until they are successfully delivered. Additionally, users can save their tracking numbers for easy access to all their online shopping and sending updates.

Digital Stamp:
The app facilitates the purchase of digital stamps, allowing users to send mail at their convenience. With International Digital Stamps, users can reach destinations worldwide and will receive notifications upon delivery of their items.

Click & Post:
The Click & Post service offers a streamlined approach to purchasing postage labels or scheduling returns. The integrated postage calculator allows users to determine costs by entering item details and destination. After purchasing a postage label, users can print it at home or use in-store printing options if needed.

Returns:
The app simplifies the returns process through Click & Post, allowing customers to initiate returns online and choose between a scheduled collection or drop-off at a local post office or designated locations. If opting for collection, no printed label is required as the postal operative will take care of this during pickup.

In App Account Registration:
An Post My Account provides a centralized platform for managing all activities related to An Post. Users can track deliveries, purchase postage, review transactions, and more. A dedicated business or personal account can be set up to enhance managing postal needs.

Online Shop:
The online shop replicates the post office experience, allowing customers to browse and purchase from a wide range of stamps, postage labels, pre-paid packaging, as well as popular mobile phones.

Paying Customs Charges:
For items imported from outside the EU, customs charges will apply as mandated by Irish Revenue. These charges must be settled within 22 calendar days for release of items. Customers can conveniently pay these fees online using their tracking ID and customs reference number, with helpful information and FAQs available for assistance.
